As established in our ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, Worldgate continually evaluates our projects to ensure complete client satisfaction feedback. We work with our clients to establish success metrics associated with each project as outlined in the project charter. These success metrics will be reported on in each meeting and tracked within project status reports. Worldgate uses project status reporting to gauge project status and customer satisfaction to ensure our project managers are delivering at the highest level for our clients.
Worldgate believes it is important to incorporate change management best practices in our project management methodology.
