Katelyn Montgomery
President
Katelyn Montgomery is the founder of Worldgate, LLC and is responsible for helping to define Worldgate’s vision, values, policies, and corporate strategy. In addition, Katelyn oversees all internal operations including Human Resources, Finance, and Internal Communications. She brings over 30 years of management experience across both small and enterprise businesses in the IT, telecommunications, and non-profit sectors. In her executive leadership roles, she has been responsible for setting strategic direction and overseeing implementation of several large-scale initiatives. Katelyn earned her MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park and is proud to be an alumnus of the University of New Hampshire. She is passionate about Worldgate’s programs to give back to the community, including our public school and youth sports philanthropy programs. Katelyn is dedicated to fostering community engagement and ensuring Worldgate maintains its commitment to social responsibility and positive community impact.

Scott Montgomery
Chief Customer Officer
Scott Montgomery is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our delivery, consulting services and sales teams. He is greatly focused on nurturing our client relationships and our strategic alliances. Scott’s leadership approach starts with employee well-being, growth and fostering a learner mindset. He completed George Mason University’s certification program as a certified leadership and organizational well-being coach and has achieved an ICF-ACC accreditation. He co-authored “Success Mindsets” which reached #1 on the Wall Street Journal, USA Today and Amazon best sellers lists, and published “How Did You Get Here, lessons of unconventional success” in 2022 and its companion guide “How You Go There” in 2025. Scott received his Bachelor’s degree from UVA in May 2023.

Travis Miller
Vice President, Service Delivery
Travis Miller has more than 30 years of experience working in and for public sector clients across the United States. His experience includes working as an economist, budget analyst, investment banker, and consultant before transitioning to the SaaS industry as a product manager. Most recently, he served as a practice manager for the UKG implementation team focused on public sector clients, inside Kronos and then UKG post-merger. Travis brings deep expertise in public sector operations and technology implementation, making him invaluable in leading Worldgate’s service delivery initiatives for government and education clients.

Justin Zubrick
Director, Client Engagement
Justin Zubrick serves as the Director of Client Services and has been with Worldgate since 2010. He leads engagement with Worldgate’s clients and partners while working closely with our Recruiting and Delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Justin’s extensive tenure with the company has given him deep insight into client needs and industry trends, making him instrumental in maintaining Worldgate’s strong client relationships. His collaborative approach and strategic thinking help drive successful outcomes for both clients and internal teams. Justin holds a degree in Business Management from Old Dominion University.

Tinsley Stricker
Senior Director, Human Resources & Recruiting
Tinsley Stricker brings over 13 years of experience in human resources, recruiting, and business leadership to her role as Senior Director of HR and Recruiting at Worldgate. She leads with a strategic mindset—guiding talent acquisition efforts, optimizing recruitment strategies, and ensuring Worldgate attracts top-tier candidates who align with the company’s mission and values. Tinsley also oversees HR operations, helping to shape an inclusive, people-first culture that supports employee engagement and retention. Known for streamlining processes and fostering collaboration across departments, she ensures HR and recruiting efforts are fully aligned with organizational goals. Tinsley holds a degree in Communications from George Mason University, a degree in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College, and a certification in Human Resource Management from George Mason University.

Alwyn Cardona
Chief Financial Officer
Alwyn Cardona is a CPA and responsible for the day-to-day functions and processes that drive the financial health of Worldgate. He brings over 20 years of experience in Accounting and Finance, having held leadership positions for both public and private SaaS and Professional Services companies throughout Northern Virginia. Alwyn’s expertise spans financial planning, budgeting, compliance, and strategic financial analysis, ensuring Worldgate maintains strong fiscal management and sustainable growth. His deep understanding of the technology and professional services sectors enables him to provide valuable insights that support the company’s strategic decision-making and operational excellence.

Rich Yannelli
Program Manager
Rich Yannelli serves Worldgate’s K-12 school district clients as a Program Manager, directly overseeing and supporting staff while interfacing with clients to ensure high-quality service delivery. His extensive K-12 experience makes him invaluable in this role—prior to joining Worldgate, Rich worked as Director of Operational Systems for the School District of Philadelphia, where he gained deep experience with academic and operational systems including SIS, Gradebook, Library Management, Transportation, Facilities, Food Services and Student Records. Throughout his career, he has progressed from computer programmer to management roles, leading teams through system implementations and integrations while focusing on helping customers utilize technology to improve operational workflow and increase efficiency. Rich holds a BS in Computer Science/Business Administration from Kutztown State College.
