Comprehensive Health Plans
Worldgate will provide access to comprehensive health care protection for eligible employees and their families. Depending upon their needs, employees may choose from three Anthem Key Care medical plans.
Dental and Vision Plans
Worldgate also provides employees with a voluntary dental plan and a company paid vision plan.
Long and Short-Term Disability
Worldgate offers all employees who work at least 20 hours per week, company paid long and short-term disability through Principal.
Life Insurance
Worldgate offers all employees who work at least 20 hours per week, company paid basic life insurance of $50,000 through Principal. Employees have the option to increase this amount at their own expense.
Voluntary Accident & Critical Illness
Employees have the option to enroll in a program that will pay lump sum cash payments to the employee, in the event of an accident or illness. Included within these benefits is a wellness rider where the employee may submit an annual claim for a cash payment when receiving their annual physical.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
Employees have access to multiple EAP programs that cover a wide range of topics including but not limited to: telehealth services, employee wellness, mental health services, legal documents and career growth.
401K Matches Up to 4%
All employees are eligible to participate in our Principal 401K. Eligibility begins six months from the employee’s hire date. Worldgate matches up to 4% of what the employee puts in. Employees are also 100% vested, once contributions begin.
Time Off Benefits (Vacation, Sick and Holidays)
Worldgate strongly believes that every employee should enjoy time away from work. Worldgate provides Paid Time Off benefits (PTO) for vacation, sick (employee or family member) or personal days.
Training and Development
Worldgate believes in fostering a learner mindset among our employees. The company offers ongoing training and development opportunities through multiple learning platforms. In addition, we have a robust evaluation process where team members receive formal feedback at 90 days into their role and annually. We also believe that feedback is an ongoing process required from managers to ensure all team members are constantly growing.
Birthday and Worldgate Anniversary Celebrations
We love our team members and want to celebrate them on their special day. In addition, we celebrate each employee’s yearly anniversary with the company and recognize every milestone anniversary with something special.
Employee Recognition Programs
Worldgate believes in always recognizing the great work that our team members are doing. We have a number of recognition programs including informal Cheers for Peers, WAY to Go!, Worldgate Rock Stars, and Worldgate Community Rock Stars.
Community Service
We value giving back to our communities. All Worldgate team members are eligible for an additional two days of paid time off to serve in their communities.
