Comprehensive Health Plans
Beginning January 2019, Worldgate will provide comprehensive health care protection for eligible employees and their families. Employees may choose from two United Health Care medical plan options depending on their needs including an HSA option.
Dental & Vision Plans
Beginning January 2019, Worldgate will provide employees with voluntary and optional dental and vision plan coverage.
Employee wellness platform focusing on wellness and personal growth
Worldgate partners with AMP IT, an online wellness platform. Through the platform, we engage employees in wellness challenges and provide help for personal growth through career coach videos and programs.
Training and development
Worldgate offers ongoing training and development opportunities through platforms like Coursera. In addition, we have a robust evaluation process where team members receive formal feedback at 90 days in to their role and annually. We also believe feedback is an ongoing process that we require of our managers to ensure our team members are always growing.
Worldgate reimburses up to $500 per year for training and development courses that will contribute to professional growth related to your position.

401K matches up to 4%
All employees are eligible to participate in our John Hancock 401K. Eligibility begins 6-months from the employee’s hire date. Worldgate matches up to 4% of what the employee puts in. Employees are also 100% vested, once contributions begin.
Long and Short-term Disability
Worldgate offers all employees who work at least 30 hours per week, long and short-term disability through Mutual of Omaha. There is no cost to the employee for this coverage.

Time Off Benefits (Vacation, Sick and Holidays)
We value our employee’s mental and physical health. Therefore, we offer a comprehensive vacation, sick and holiday program to our full and part-time employees.
Full-time employees are eligible for 15 paid days of vacation/sick time (accrued per pay period) and 9 paid holidays.
Part-time employees are eligible for paid vacation/sick time as well. Accrual rates are dependent on the number of hours worked per week. All part-time employees are provided 4 paid holidays a year.
We value giving back to our communities. All Worldgate team members are eligible for an additional 2 days of paid time off to serve in their communities.
