Meet Our Team
Katelyn Montgomery is the founder of Worldgate, llc and is responsible for helping to define Worldgate’s vision, values, policies, and corporate strategy. In addition, Katelyn is responsible for all internal operations including Human Resources, Recruiting, Finance, and our quality management system. Katelyn brings over 25 years of management experience across both small and enterprise businesses in the IT, telecommunications, and non-profit sectors. In her executive leadership roles, she has been responsible for setting strategic direction and overseeing implementation of several large-scale initiatives. Katelyn earned her MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park and is proud to be an alumnus of the University of New Hampshire.
She is passionate about Worldgate’s programs to give back to the community, including our public school and youth sports philanthropy programs.

Chief Customer Officer
Scott Montgomery is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our delivery, consulting services and sales teams. He is greatly focused on nurturing our client relationships and our strategic alliances, including our important alliance with Ultimate Kronos Group.
Despite many certifications and leadership training accomplishments, Scott deferred obtaining his bachelor’s degree in order to build the business. In May of 2020, Scott decided it was time to pursue something for himself, and was ultimately accepted by the University of Virginia to pursue his bachelor’s degree. Scott previously earned an Associates of Science (A.S.) degree with honors (Phi Theta Kappa) from Northern Virginia Community College, and is excited to finalize this bucket-list item from UVA.
Scott's leadership approach starts with employee well-being, growth and fostering a learner mindset. He completed George Mason University’s certification program as a certified leadership and organizational well-being coach, and has achieved an ICF-ACC accreditation. Scott is proud to lead an amazing team that collaborates with awesome clients, and looks forward to many more years of service to the public sector industry Worldgate serves.
Scott’s priority is his family. He is a loving husband of over 20 years and a proud, hands on father of three ‘tweens,’ including twins. He enjoys long walks with his wife and loves varying pursuits of physical fitness. He has completed more than 15 Sprint and Olympic size triathlons, as well as an Ironman 70.3.

Vice President of Service Delivery
As Vice President of Service Delivery, Rob Moser’s primary role is to strategically expand Worldgate’s portfolio of service offerings and practice areas across the K-12, higher education and public sector markets, while ensuring that our service delivery teams are providing exceptional services that exceed our clients’ expectations. He works closely with and coordinates all internal service delivery resources; manages client relationships and relationships with vendor partners.
Rob has held a number of executive positions in professional services and consulting organizations during his 30-year career. He has won business and lead service delivery teams that work with clients in the application of new innovations that solve difficult business and academic challenges. He has a passion for the application of technology solutions to improve constituent services in the Public Sector and to improve teaching and learning in classrooms across the United States. Rob holds a B.S. in computer science and an MBA from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and serves on the board of trustees for the Global Community Charter School in Harlem, New York.
Rob enjoys traveling with his family, and (now that they have outgrown his coaching skills) cheering for and spending time with his kids.

Director of Human Resources
As Director of Human Resources, Tinsley brings a wealth of diverse professional experience to Worldgate, llc. Through her leadership, strategic initiatives, and creative approaches, she has reshaped the human resources department to ensure Worldgate remains an exceptional workplace.
Tinsley’s 13+ years of business and human resources experience and her tenacious management style help align cross-departmental communication and collaboration. In addition to taking Worldgate’s HR department to new heights, she manages Worldgate’s ISO quality management system to ensure that quality is embedded into the framework of our organization.
Tinsley earned degrees in communications and business administration from George Mason University; business administration from Northern Virginia Community College, and a human resource management certification from George Mason University.

Colby is responsible for building and leading Worldgate’s recruiting department. Her duties include sourcing, screening, and building long-term relationships with job applicants and consultants for a variety of IT and management positions. Colby graduated from James Madison University in 2017, with a degree in communications, and she is currently taking an online certification course to enhance her human resources skills. Colby enjoys interpersonal communication with those around her and utilizes that to be a reliable resource and asset to the Worldgate team. Lead Project Coordinator
As Project Coordinator for Worldgate, llc, it is Beth’s role to document processes, coordinate marketing efforts and to generally assist the executives of the sales and marketing organization.
Beth has gained a wealth of experience in customer service and project management from her 30 years working for both public and private companies. She has a proven track record of identifying and rectifying customer issues as well as documenting processes to ensure consistency throughout an organization. Beth holds a Bachelor of business administration and international business degree from the George Washington University.

Rich serves Worldgate’s K-12 school district clients as a project manager. His extensive K-12 experience in this role makes him invaluable to our clients. Prior to joining Worldgate, Rich worked as Director of Operational Systems for the School District of Philadelphia. He has deep experience with academic-based applications such as SIS, gradebook and library management, and was also responsible for applications in the business operations area including transportation, facilities, food services and student records.
He started his career at the School District of Philadelphia as a computer programmer and progressed into the management ranks. Even though he was in a management position throughout most of his career, he also served as a project manager, directly responsible for many system implementations. He led all development activities ranging from requirement gathering, system and UI design, data integration, testing, documentation and end-user training sessions. Rich has experience with implementing and integrating third party vendor systems, as well as building custom web-based applications. He is always focused on helping customers utilize technology to improve their operational workflow and increase efficiencies.
Rich holds a BS in computer science/business administration from Kutztown State College and is currently studying for his PMP certification.
Outside of work, he is an avid football fan; coaches youth football, and attends games at all levels. He also enjoys hanging out with his two daughters, family and friends, going to the beach, playing golf and working out. But, his real out-of-work passion is doing DIY projects. When he is at home, he is normally wearing a tool belt looking for something to build or fix!

Mary is responsible for the day-to-day functions and processes that drive the financial health of our organization. She started her career developing and installing software for a variety of large corporate and government clients, and then transitioned her focus to accounting. Mary has provided accounting services for a variety of local small businesses for the past 10 years. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Virginia and has served as treasurer of a non-profit organization at UVA for the past 12 years.
