Katelyn Montgomery
President
Katelyn Montgomery is the founder of Worldgate, llc and is responsible for helping to define Worldgate’s vision, values, policies, and corporate strategy. In addition, Katelyn is responsible for all internal operations including Human Resources, Finance, and Internal Communications. Katelyn brings over 30 years of management experience across both small and enterprise businesses in the IT, telecommunications, and non-profit sectors. In her executive leadership roles, she has been responsible for setting strategic direction and overseeing implementation of several large-scale initiatives. Katelyn earned her MBA from the University of Maryland, College Park and is proud to be an alumnus of the University of New Hampshire.
She is passionate about Worldgate’s programs to give back to the community, including our public school and youth sports philanthropy programs.

Scott Montgomery
Chief Customer Officer
Scott Montgomery is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our delivery, consulting services and sales teams. He is greatly focused on nurturing our client relationships and our strategic alliances, including our important alliance with Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG). He enjoys integrating the dual purpose of Worldgate to be a systems integrator for UKG as well as project and staffing support for public sector and education clients .
Despite many certifications and leadership training accomplishments, Scott deferred obtaining his bachelor’s degree to build Worldgate. In May of 2020, Scott decided it was time to pursue something for himself and was ultimately accepted by the University of Virginia to pursue his bachelor’s degree. After a few years part time Scott received his Bachelor’s degree from UVA in May 2023.
Scott's leadership approach starts with employee well-being, growth and fostering a learner mindset. He completed George Mason University’s certification program as a certified leadership and organizational well-being coach and has achieved an ICF-ACC accreditation. He has recently co-authored a book (Success Mindsets) which made it to #1 on the on the Wall Street Journal, USA today and Amazon best sellers lists. His second book (How Did You Get Here, lessons of unconventional success) was published in the summer of 2022. He is focused on developing and sharing his Leadership tools and mindset with others and plans to offer these through local workshops early in 2023.
Scott’s priority is his family. He is a loving husband of over 20 years and a proud, hands-on father of three. He enjoys a glass of wine, long walks with his wife and pursuing the never ending battle of physical fitness. He has completed more than 15 Sprint and Olympic size triathlons, as well as an Ironman 70.3.
Travis Miller
UKG Practice Director
Travis Miller has more than 30 years of experience working in and for public sector clients across the United States. His experience includes working as an economist, budget analyst, investment banker, and consultant. Travis’ career started to re-focus, as he worked in the SaaS industry as a product manager, and then most recently as a practice manager for a UKG implementation team focused on public sector clients, inside Kronos and then UKG post-merger.
Travis and his partner, Liz, live in Baltimore County. Between them they have two 23-year-olds, two 21-year-olds, and an 18-year-old. Liz runs her own tutoring practice focused on special learners (ADD, dyslexia, etc.) and oversees the Academic Success program at Calvert Hall, in Baltimore, and Travis referees collegiate and high school soccer to stay involved with the game he has loved his whole life!

Tinsley Stricker
Senior Director of Human Resources & Recruiting
As Senior Director of HR and Recruiting, Tinsley Stricker leads with a strategic vision that drives Worldgate’s HR and recruiting initiatives. With over 13 years of diverse business and human resources experience, she oversees the recruitment strategy and directs HR operations to foster a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.
Tinsley’s leadership has been instrumental in streamlining processes, enhancing cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring alignment with Worldgate’s business goals. Her proactive approach to both HR and recruiting innovation continues to elevate the company’s workforce engagement and operational excellence.
Tinsley holds a degree in Communications from George Mason University, a degree in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College, and a certification in Human Resource Management from George Mason University.

Alwyn Cardona
Chief Financial Officer
Alwyn is a CPA and is responsible for the day-to-day functions and processes that drive the financial health of our organization. Alwyn has 20+ years of experience and has held Accounting and Finance positions for both public and private SaaS and Professional Services companies around Northern Virginia.
Outside of work, Alwyn loves to spend time with his wife and daughter and is an avid football and basketball fan.

Rich Yannelli
Program Manager
Rich serves Worldgate’s K-12 school district clients as a Program Manager directly overseeing and supporting staff as well as interfacing with the clients to make sure they are receiving high quality service. He directly manages staff on a day-to-day basis, ensuring they follow company protocols, are compliant with customer policies, supports their professional development and addresses performance issues if they arise.
His extensive K-12 experience makes him invaluable in this role. Prior to joining Worldgate, Rich worked as Director of Operational Systems for the School District of Philadelphia. He has deep experience with academic and operational based systems such as SIS, Gradebook, Library Management, Transportation, Facilities, Food Services and Student Records.
He started his career as a computer programmer and progressed into the management ranks. Even though he was in a management position throughout most of his career, he also served as a project manager, directly responsible for many system implementations and integrations with third party system. He led teams of functional and technical staff through implementations. He also led development activities ranging from requirement gathering, system and UI design, data integration, testing, documentation and end-user training as well as building custom web-based applications. He is always focused on helping customers utilize technology to improve their operational workflow, increase efficiencies and move the organization forward.
Rich holds a BS in computer science/business administration from Kutztown State College and has completed professional training courses in Leadership, Management, Personal Growth and Project Management practices.
Outside of work, he is an avid football fan; coached youth football for 14 years, likes to attend games at all levels. He enjoys spending time with his two daughters, family and friends, going to the shore, playing golf and exercising. But, his real out-of-work passion is doing DIY projects. When he is at home, he is usually wearing a tool belt looking for something to build or fix!
